JEWELRY INFORMATION:

• All jewelry is hand crafted personally by Naomi in Florence, Italy.
• All jewelry described as silver refers to solid sterling (925) silver. 925 is the numeric code for sterling silver: 925/1000 parts of pure silver are alloyed with 75/1000 parts copper for strength.
• Antique parts or found objects do not function in their original capacity and are used as decorative elements only.
• ART925 will take all precautions possible to present each piece in a perfect condition, but is not responsible for unforeseen changes in material characteristics due to age or normal wear and care.
• Precautions are taken to waterproof jewelry with elements of paper (text or maps) but it is recommended to refrain from water submersion.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

ORDERS:

• Inquiries and orders are accepted by e-mail at naomi@art925.com
• When ordering rings, please confirm your correct ring size. See the ring size chart.
• Commissions are determined based on availability of unique materials.
• All orders take approximately 2-6 weeks to be shipped.
• For special requests and commissions, please allow 8 weeks.

TERMS OF PAYMENT:

• Credit card payments with PayPal are offered and preferred.
• Personal checks are accepted with appropriate contact information.

SHIPPING:

• Shipping and insurance costs are not included in the price and are at customer’s expense.
• Shipping may be national through USPS or UPS Ground or international with UPS air service.
• Express delivery is available upon request.
• Insurance is recommended. ART925 will not be responsible for uninsured items lost in the mail.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND CREDITS:

• Customers can return items for exchange or credit within 14 days of receipt.
• All damaged items should be reported immediately.
• Repairs will be gladly offered on a case by case basis and are subject to additional costs.
• Please make notification prior to returning any merchandise. Returns older than 14 days are not accepted.
• Credits will be applied toward future orders.
• It is imperative that returned merchandise be shipped back securely packed and fully insured with the carrier.
• ART925 is not responsible for damage due to normal wear and use or lack of care by the customer/owner.

CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail at least two weeks prior to scheduled shipping date. Without this written notice, customer will be liable for all charges.

MAILING LIST:

If you would like to be on the ART925 mailing list please send an email to naomi@art925.com. Notices are occasionally send out for upcoming events, sample sales, new designs, etc. If you prefer such notifications to be sent in the mail, please also include your street address. You can be sure this information will be used only by ART925. When you don't want to be contacted anymore, please ask to be deleted from the mailing list.
